As a billion-dollar, taxpayer-funded organization,

CCD needs a board with experience navigating complex

programs and finances. Effective and equitable allocation of

resources will enable leaders to address the specific

needs of schools, teachers, and students.

Value Teachers as Professionals

We must respect teachers as professionals and acknowledge

that they are subject matter experts in education. They deserve fair compensation, access to tools and resources, and support from CCSD, school administration, and our community.
